We recently had the pleasure to welcome Paolo Cantele from Cantele Winery in Puglia, Italy and Chris Zimmerman from Vias Imports for an exclusive breakfast at Sea Salt. They were on their way to the airport, but we wanted to make sure they were fed before flying away... After all, who wants to eat bad airport/airplane food???
On the menu: Cappuccino, over easy Clifford Farm eggs on toasted baguette with baby rocket arugula, prosciutto di Parma, black truffle oil and a glass of fresh squeezed blood orange juice! Paolo loved it so much he shot a video of the whole thing and posted it on his website.
